3)Processing flow

The garbage is sent to the primary combustion chamber through the automatic feeding system, and is ignited and burned by the ignition temperature-controlled burner. When the device is running, there is no need to add auxiliary fuel in addition to the auxiliary fuel required for the first ignition. It can be treated in the nearest and on-site harmless manner, saving a lot of transit and transportation costs. It is a kind of garbage disposal technology and equipment with low investment and operating cost, simple operation, high efficiency and clean. According to the principle of combustion three T (temperature, time, vortex), fully oxidized, pyrolyzed, and combusted in the primary combustion chamber, and the flue gas produced after combustion enters the secondary combustion chamber and is incinerated at high temperature again to make the combustion more complete. After that, the flue gas enters the quenching tower, and it is quenched and cooled by the cyclone dust removal tower and the desulfurization and deacidification tower to desulfurize and deacidify the flue gas, and then collect the dust and fly ash in the flue gas through the bag filter, and finally pass through the integrated reaction tower. Absorb toxic gases and heavy metals in the flue gas, and discharge the flue gas into the atmosphere after reaching the standard. 4)Introduction to the working principle of the equipment


1. Feeding system


In order to simplify the operation of the equipment, save time and effort, and avoid the peculiar smell and sewage leakage during manual feeding, a screw conveyor is used for feeding. In order to avoid the entanglement of foreign matter and jam the conveyor, the shaftless screw method is adopted in this project. The garbage is manually put into the conveyor receiving hopper, and the conveyor is automatically sent into the pyrolysis furnace, which improves the feeding efficiency.


2. The main body of the incinerator


Since the pyrolysis and gasification chamber of this device adopts the pyrolysis and gasification reaction method of a fixed bed thick material layer, the pyrolysis and gasification furnace is divided into a drying layer, a gasification layer, a pyrolysis layer, and a burnout layer. The pyrolysis chamber adopts a refractory and adiabatic structure, and the furnace is kept at a constant temperature for pyrolysis, and there will be no abnormal low temperature phenomenon.

The heat insulation effect is good, the heat storage capacity of the refractory insulation layer is strong, the normal operation does not throw oil, and the economic benefit is good.

The first stage is carried out in the first combustion chamber, and the working temperature is controlled at about 600-850℃, so that the non-volatile combustibles in the garbage are completely burned, and the combustible volatile gas enters the second combustion chamber; the second stage is in the second combustion chamber The working temperature is controlled at 850-1100℃, the combustible gas produced by the high-temperature flue gas is fully burned, the combustible gas in the garbage pool is introduced, and the hot air is provided. The residence time of the high-temperature flue gas is≥2 seconds, which can remove the organic matter in the waste. Fully oxidized. The production of secondary pollution is controlled to the greatest extent, and the production of toxic and harmful gases, especially dioxins, is eliminated. Good complete combustion performance. Avoid secondary pollution, suitable for treating medium and low calorific value wastes, and have a long service life.

During the operation of the main furnace, the adjustment range of the blower and induced draft fan ensures that the system is in a negative pressure state, does not backfire, and avoids the escape of flue gas.


3. Ignition start


The pyrolysis furnace is equipped with a burner for ignition and starting of the cold furnace. In general, the ignition device is removed after the furnace is stable, and the waste can be put into use when the calorific value of the waste is too low or the pyrolysis is unstable. The second combustion chamber is equipped with an ignition device to be used under special circumstances. If the moisture content of the garbage is too large, which causes the furnace temperature to be too low, the second combustion chamber ignition device must be used.


4. Air supply system


The high-efficiency fan is used for frequency conversion adjustment, and then the disc valve is adjusted in sections to transport the hot air into the combustion chamber in the furnace, and the air enters the material bed through the pipe, and the material and the hot air are extremely mixed.


5. Quench tower system


The flue gas enters the quenching system through the pipe and enters the temperature at 850-1000 degrees. It performs preliminary heat exchange with the radiator, and then mixes with cold air through a high-efficiency fan. Due to the large heat transfer coefficient, the flue gas can be quenched. The temperature of the cooled flue gas drops to about 200 degrees.


6. Cyclone dust collector


Cyclone dust collector is a type of dust removal device. The mechanism of dust removal is to make the dust-laden airflow rotate, with the help of centrifugal force to separate the dust particles from the airflow and trap them on the wall, and then use gravity to make the dust particles fall into the ash hopper. Each component of the cyclone dust collector has a certain size ratio. Every change in the ratio relationship can affect the efficiency and pressure loss of the cyclone dust collector. The diameter of the dust collector, the size of the air inlet, and the diameter of the exhaust pipe are the main influencing factors. 


7. Bag dust collector


This furnace uses a pulsed high-efficiency bag filter to remove fly ash from the flue gas. The flue gas after deacidification and adsorption treatment contains fully reacted fly ash, part of unreacted lime and activated carbon. These dusts are all micron-sized. , And adsorb dioxins and heavy metals, which are hazardous wastes and must be collected effectively. This solution uses a bag filter for processing, and uses a special filter material with a temperature of 250℃, which can meet the operating conditions of about 200℃and meet the operating conditions of the flue gas dew point temperature above. It effectively avoids the influence of flue gas condensation. The dust blowing effect and the life of the filter bag have a filtration efficiency of more than 99% for micron-level dust ions. At the same time, the surface adopts a microporous film structure, so that fine dust does not easily enter the deep part of the filter material and has a long service life. Compressed air is used for back blowing and cleaning. When the pressure difference reaches about 1600 Pa, the pulse back blowing control program is automatically started to automatically complete the back blowing and cleaning of the filter bag.


8. Comprehensive reaction tower


The comprehensive reaction tower adopts a fluidized bed method, the particle size of the activated carbon is 8-9mm, and the flue gas is adsorbed by the harmful gas through the activated carbon layer. When the flue gas passes through the reaction tower, the calcium hydroxide sprayed by the dry ejector has a repairing and reducing effect on the activated carbon, which improves the efficiency of the activated carbon. The activated carbon is damaged during the up and down movement in the tower, and the particles become smaller and can be fed appropriately. The damaged activated carbon fly ash is attached to the bag of the dust collector, and it still plays a role in purifying harmful gases in the flue gas.
