The working principle of waste incinerator

2021-06-02

The waste incinerator is composed of a water wall, a steam drum, a convection tube bundle, a superheater, and an economizer. The flue gas at 850°C is first absorbed by the water wall tube of the first channel in the upper part of the incinerator, and then the flue gas continues to flush. The brushed heating surface and superheater, most of the heat in the flue gas is absorbed here, and finally a part of the remaining thermal scene is absorbed when passing through the economizer, and then discharged to the flue gas purification system, the flue gas outlet temperature is 200 -255, adjusted by the feedwater heater of the steam drum, the temperature is controlled at 200c during normal operation.
